Welcoming in Spring and the month of April with a refreshed look at the weeks ahead and our yearly focus for 2025: strength, mobility and flexibility.


In my expertise as a Clinical and Sports & Rehab Massage Therapist, I work with individuals who share a common frustration: chronic pain, feeling stiff, restricted or disconnected from their own bodies. Maybe this is where you find yourself today—wishing you could move more freely, touch your toes without struggle, or simply feel less tension day to day.


That is why this year, I am focusing on Unlock Your Body: Strength, Mobility and Flexibility in 2025.



Are You Ready to Unlock Your body?


Flexibility is not just about extreme stretching or being able to do a complicated yoga pose—it is about moving well, reducing pain, and feeling more at home in your body. You may have always felt tight or unflexible or maybe you are recovering from an old or recently recovered injury. Everyone can improve their mobility and I invite you to join this journey for you.


It is time to do away with the false idea that ‘you either have it or you do not’. Flexibility is something you continually develop—through consistent, intentional movement. Unlocking your body: strength, mobility and flexibility is the focus this year.

Start Unlocking Your Body this April
